Supplies

I got the supplies from the dollar store. But, you can also find the plastic syringe props here on Amazon. They are also great to use for Jello shots, which are a classic treat at Halloween parties. Fill them up with red jello combined with your alcohol of choice:)

The small champagne glasses I used are actually plastic cups I also got at the dollar store. They’re particularly good for kids. You can find them here on Amazon as well. However, full-size real champagne glasses work very well too.

Ingredients

  • Champagne – or substitute with sparkling cider

  • Pom Juice – a very dark red-ish purple-ish pomegranate juice that is deliciously mixed in with champagne. I get it in the refrigerator juice aisle along with the premade smoothie drinks.

  • Optional Ingredients – pomegranate seeds, cranberry juice, or any red or dark colored berry flavored juice

Pom juice

Begin by pouring the Pom juice into an ordinary cup. This makes getting the juice into the syringes much easier. The syringes work by sucking juice up. Fill up each syringe and place them into champagne glasses.

Halloween Drink

I love how the syringes drip a little in each glass before the champagne is added. It’s so creepy looking and perfect for Halloween! Next, pour champagne into each cup. Be sure to not fill the cups all the way because you need enough room to dispense the Pom juice.

The juice turns the entire drink a very dark red color, which is both spooky and cool! Can Halloween be elegant? It sure can when you make this Vampire champagne! Not only is this Halloween cocktail fun to look at, but it’s also super tasty to drink.

Sometimes drink recipes get too caught up in looking fun and festive and then the drink itself is sort of blah or way too expensive and complicated to make. Not this drink! We’ve mixed champagne with pomegranate juice for a perfectly delicious, party-worthy Halloween drink!
