1 lb. box of penne pasta 1 stick of butter (1/2 cup) 4 oz. cream cheese 2 cups of heavy whipping cream 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
1/2 cup shredded parmesan 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella 1/4 teaspoon of salt 1/2 teaspoon of pepper Optional: parsley garnish
1. Boil the pasta (penne or pasta of choice) 2. Melt the butter in a separate pot 3. Add garlic 4. Mix in heavy cream 5. Stir in cream cheese 6. Cook over medium-low heat until creamy 7. Sprinkle in the cheeses 8. Salt and pepper to taste 9. Simmer until the cheeses are melted 10. Combine with drained and enjoy!
