Cowboy Caviar Recipe
Creamy Cowboy Caviar is a fresh, flavorful dip that is perfect for any picnic, potluck, or party, and is made in under 15 minutes!
Large mixing bowl
Spatula or mixing spoon
Measuring cups
Serving bowl
Plastic wrap or foil
- 2 cans whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can Rotel, drained (these diced tomatoes and green chilies)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 6-8 pieces of green onion, sliced/chopped
- 1 cup sour cream, light or regular
- 1 cup mayonnaise, light or regular
- Fritos, chips, crackers, or veggies for dipping
Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl
Gently mix until fully combined with a spatula or spoon
Transfer the dip to a serving bowl
Cover with plastic wrap or foil
Refrigerate for 1 hour
Serve chilled
Store leftovers in the refrigerator
