Cake Mix Peanut Butter Cookies
These Cake Mix Peanut Butter Cookies are ultra-rich in flavor, soft, chewy, easy to make, and topped with a sweet sugar coating.

- 1 box White Cake Mix
- ¼ cup Packed Brown Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Water
- 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- ¼ cup Vegetable Oil
- 2 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- Sugar (to roll the cookie dough balls in before baking)
Preheat oven to 350°
In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, brown sugar, water, peanut butter, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract with an electric mixer at low speed
Prepare a baking dish with parchment paper or nonstick spray
Roll dough into 2″ balls – or in the size desired (adjust the baking time as necessary)
Gently, roll the dough balls into granulated sugar, as pictured
Place sugared peanut butter cookie dough balls a few inches apart on the cookie sheet (they don’t spread much during baking)
Using a fork, gently stamp the cookies
Bake for 10-12 minutes – Don’t overbake!
