Clean strawberries and remove green stems
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate in 20-second intervals
Place a toothpick in the top of each strawberry
Place desired sprinkles on small plates
Holding the strawberries by the toothpick, dip them in the melted chocolate
Roll the strawberries in sprinkles
Place the decorated strawberries on wax paper to dry
Insert the desired alcohol of choice into the pipettes
Once the strawberries are dry (hardened), stick a filled pipette in the top of each one
