Ingredients
Eggs
Non-stick spray (or butter)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 325°F
Prepare a mason jar lid with non-stick spray or butter to prevent sticking.
Place the mason jar lids upside down on a baking sheet.
Crack 1 egg into each mason jar lid.
Bake the eggs for 10-15 minutes or until they start to bubble.
Remove the eggs from the oven and let them cool for a minute or so on the baking sheet.
Using a protective oven mitt, remove the eggs from the lids (they will slide right out!). If an egg needs a little help sliding out, a simple butter knife around the edge of the mason jar will do the trick.
Notes
Do you like your sunny-side-up eggs runny? Bake them for less time. If you prefer your eggs to be cooked all the way through, bake them a little longer!
