I ended up not making it ahead of time, but I will keep that in mind for the future. It will be out of the oven in 10 or less minutes, and I will pin my result on Pintrest. And good to kmow! I would only make ahead for supper later in the day, so that might work! Thank you so much.

Good question… I’ve never made it in advance but I think you could as long as the tortillas aren’t left in the refrigerator for too long (more than 1 day). I also think you could freeze the dish as long as you tightly cover it with plastic, then aluminum foil.
