• Boneless, skinless, chicken breasts • Shredded Italian blend cheese • Shredded cheddar cheese
Cream cheese • Minced garlic • Italian seasoning • Salt & pepper to taste •
1. Preheat oven to 375° 2. Combine cream cheese, Italian cheese, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning. 4. Place chicken in a baking dish. 5. Add salt and pepper to taste. 6. Spread the garlic cream mixture on top of the chicken using a spatula. 7. Cover with foil and bake for about 45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. 8. Remove the foil. 9. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top of each piece of chicken. 10. Cook, uncovered, an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
