3-4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1/3 cup of pesto 8 oz. of cream cheese, at room temperature 2 cups of shredded mozzarella
1. Mix cream cheese and pesto. 2. Slather it on the chicken. 3. Top with mozzarella cheese. 4. Cover with foil. 5. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
