Strawberry Cheesecake Bars
Easy Strawberry Cheesecake Bars, these irresistible squares are quick, easy and so delicious! Made with a graham cracker crust and strawberry filling. Easy and tasty bars.

For the Crust:
- 1 box Graham Cracker Crumbs
- ¾ cup Melted Butter
- ⅓ cup Granulated Sugar
For the Filling:
- 2 (8 oz) Bars of Cream Cheese (at Room Temp)
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 2 TSP Vanilla Extract
- 8 oz Tub of Cool Whip (Defrosted)
- 21 oz Can of Strawberry Pie Filling
For the Crust:
Preheat oven to 350°
In a mixing bowl, combine the box of graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar.
Pour the mixture into the baking dish
Press the crust down evenly around the dish to create a “crust”
Bake for 10 minutes
Allow baked crust to cool
For the Filling:
In a mixing bowl, mix the room-temp cream cheese, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar
Fold in the defrosted Cool Whip (or mix with an electric mixer on low speed)
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crust
Spread the Strawberry Pie Filling over the cream cheese mixture
Cover with foil and refrigerate for at least 3 hours
Cut into squares and enjoy!
