Blend the entire box of graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Butter smells SO good with graham crackers! Pour the crust mixture into a 9″x13″ dish. Once you’ve quickly baked the crust (for about 10 minutes), the cheesecake filling goes on top. The cheesecake mixture is made of defrosted Cool Whip folded or gently blended into room-temp cream cheese, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar.
