The ingredients for Strawberry Cheesecake Bars include graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter for the crust. You will also need Cool Whip, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and strawberry pie filling. That’s all! You can decorate the top with anything your heart desires, however, the bars are gorgeous on their own too!

Ingredients for Strawberry Cheesecake Bars

Blend the entire box of graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Butter smells SO good with graham crackers! Pour the crust mixture into a 9″x 13″ dish. After that, press the mixture into the dish to create a crust. Kids are fabulous at this job! I recommend a rubber spatula for this part.

Once you’ve quickly baked the crust (for about 10 minutes), the cheesecake filling goes on top. The cheesecake mixture is defrosted Cool Whip folded or gently blended into room-temperature cream cheese, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar. It’s important to let the cream cheese get to room temperature so that it mixes easily without big lumps.
