Equipment
- Colorful cupcake liners - Consider using muffin liners or even coffee filters for varying cup sizes!
- Cupcake toppers - Decorative picks or straws are another option
- Toothpick
- Hot glue
Instructions
- Make a hole in the center of the baking cup using the toothpick
- Insert the cupcake topper into the upside-down liner
- Secure the topper in place with a dab of hot glue on the underneath side of the liner (so that it’s not visible when the drink cover is being used)
