For the Base Dip
- 32 oz container Grillo’s pickle spears, chopped
- 8 oz whipped cream cheese
- 5.3 oz plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 oz packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup bacon crumbles
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons pickle juice, reserved from the pickle container
Optional Add-Ins (for heat lovers)
- Fresh jalapeños
- Pickled jalapeños
- Hot sauce
- Red pepper flakes
Step 1: Prep the Pickles - Drain your Grillo’s pickle spears and chop them into small bite-sized pieces. The smaller the chop, the better the texture.
Step 2: Make the Creamy Base - In a large mixing bowl, combine: the whipped cream, Greek yogurt, sour cream, ranch seasoning, green onion, bacon crumbles, and cheese
Mix until smooth and creamy.
Step 3: Add the Flavor - Fold in the chopped pickles and pickle juice
Step 4: Chill & Serve - Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors blend. Serve cold for best results.
