- 1 cup Cottage cheese (drain excess liquid)
- 2 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Preheat Oven. Preheat your oven to 350℉
Blend. Put the cottage cheese, eggs, and seasonings into a blender. Combine the mixture at a low speed for about 30 seconds. It should be smooth, with perhaps a couple of bubbles in it.

Pour. Pour the flatbread mixture onto the center of the parchment-lined baking sheet. Use a rubber spatula to scrape the sides of your blender to release all the mixture onto the pan.
Shape. Use a rubber spatula to shape the bread as desired (e.g., circle or rectangle).
Bake. Bake the cottage cheese flatbread in the oven for approximately 30 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown.
Optional: Use a pizza cutter or a knife to remove the outermost edges of the bread, giving the appearance and texture a more even look.
