Cinnamon Toast Cookies
When I was a kid, I looooved anything with cinnamon and sugar. Who could blame me? In fact, I STILL love anything with cinnamon and sugar. You too? Oh good, I’m not alone! Whenever I’m in the mood for a sweet treat, cinnamon has enough flavor to make me happy. Now that we’re back to school and the fall air is around us, I find myself catching the scent of glorious cinnamon everywhere! From cinnamon flavored coffee drinks, to cinnamon apple pies, and harvest scented candles….it’s awesome! I thought this was a perfect time to share my recipe for cinnamon toast cookies with you! They’re perfect for the fall (or any time of year if you’re like me). They’re like cinnamon toast with all of the milk dipping fun of a cookie!
