Making Fabric Flowers

I have a super fun and simple craft for you today! It’s perfect for the beautiful blossoms that are finally going to be appearing! ย All you need is some small pieces of fabric and a burlap canvas.

Yo Yo Flower Art

Materials:

  • Fabric
  • Sewing machine or needle and thread
  • Burlap canvas

steps

1. Cut out 6 circles from your desired fabric

2. ย Using your sewing machine, baste stitch around the edge of your circle ( You can also hand stitch this)

3. ย Grab one of your threads and pull on the thread until your fabric begins to gather. ย Continue to gather your fabric until it forms a small circle.

4. ย Cut small leaves out of ย some green felt and attach them to your yo yo flowers. ย Hot glue your flowers to your canvas.
