If you haven’t tried this Cheese and Cranberry Brie Bread before, let me warn you now: pull-apart bread will never be the same again. It tastes like cheesy bread but because you have the stretchy brie cheese, bacon, and cranberry sauce, it’s more impressive that others.

Cheesy Bacon and Cranberry Pull Apart Bread

This recipe starts with a loaf of bakery bread – you can choose your favorite type such as French, Italian or sourdough. The bread is cut into squares (not all the way through), then filled with a mixture of delicious holiday ingredinets. The loaf bakes in the oven until the cheese is melted. Serve your bread immediately, and watch it disappear!

Cheesy Bacon and Cranberry Pull Apart Bread

I started off thinking of pull-apart bread as a hearty appetizer, something fun and impressive to take to tailgating party or big potluck dinner. But it also makes a great side dish with soup or chili. I love the communal aspect — everyone reaching to the middle of the table for another piece of bread between bites of soup.
