Ever since my kids were little, I’ve always organized their snacks in an easy-to-see way. When they say, “Mom, can I have a snack?” I know they have various options they can see and grab themselves. It helps me, they feel independent, so it’s a win/win! Today I’m sharing how I’ve recently organized their Welch’s Fruit ‘n Yogurt Snacks in a jar. It looks cute out on our island, on the kitchen table, and even in the pantry.

This summer we’ve had a lot of neighborhood kids in and out of our house. We moved into this home in the spring and were thrilled by how many children are in the neighborhood! I found that leaving this jar of fruit snacks out where the kids could see them made things easier when everybody wanted a snack. With so many kiddos in the house, Welch’s Fruit ‘n Yogurt Snacks are always mom-approved:)

Now that we’re gearing up for a new school year, the kids will come home tired and hungry. That’s why it’s important to have something delicious and something they love to easily grab.

Welch’s Fruit Snacks have been my kids’ favorite for years. But have you tried their Fruit ‘n Yogurt Snacks yet? I’m telling you – they’re not just for kids LOLololol! I often find myself tossing and extra pack in my purse when we’re heading out the door just in case:)

My kids say the Welch’s Fruit ‘n Yogurt Snacks are EXTRA tasty at snack time during recess because they are cold in their lunch boxes. Remember when your mom or dad packed a special treat in your lunch pail as a kid? I sure do!

To make your own fruit snacks in a jar, simply find a clear plastic or glass jar. I’m a big fan of the jars that look like glass but are actually plastic. Start by placing the Welch’s Fruit ‘n Yogurt Snacks inside facing outwards. Once you’ve completed the bottom layer, drop some additional packs in the center where nobody can see. These keep the packs pressed against the clear surface and looking pretty and organized! Repeat that process for the next layer going upwards.
