It’s that time of year again! Our most favorite season for shopping is Christmas. What do your kids have on their Christmas lists this year? My kids have 3 things on their lists: #1 Toys, #2 Toys, and #3 Toys. Today we are sharing some of their most favorite Christmas Toys at Kohl’s and how they are over the moon with their awesome new gifts.

As I’m writing this, my son is playing at the coffee table one of his new LEGO sets from Kohl’s. His neighbor friend is here and they are just chatting up a storm! LEGOs will keep them busy for hours so whenever he’s puts them on his Christmas wish list, Santa doesn’t hesitate:)

Do you see that very special LEGO box in the center? That’s the most special one of all for him this year! My son has wanted a LEGO Advent Calendar for a couple years and he finally got one! My daughter got one too, it’s the Lego Friends Advent Calendar (check it out here). He immediately wanted to open it but I had to remind him how Advent Calendars work. The anticipation is killing him! What’s going to be inside? In the meantime, he’ll spend lots of time building his other two new Lego sets (like the Jurassic World Blue’s Helicopter Pursuit Set and the LEGO City Arctic Air Transport Set).

You can find a wide variety of LEGOs, including LEGO Friends and Advent Calendars this year at Kohl’s. I prefer shopping online and picking everything up in the store! That kind of Christmas shopping helps me keep things secret so I can surprise my kids during the holidays.

My daughter has a thing for stuffed animals. Not just a little thing… but a very big kind of love for stuffed animals. When she has a hard day at school, nothing makes her feel better than a snuggly stuffed animal.

For her 8th birthday, all she wanted was the Melissa and Doug Plush Giraffe. It’s 5 feet tall and was a big addition to her collection. Melissa and Doug stuffed animals are her most favorite because they are so well made and fun to play with.

I picked out this Melissa & Doug Sunny Yellow Lab Puppy Dog Stuffed Animal toy from Kohl’s for her this Christmas for a few reasons…

Our dog passed away a couple months ago and she misses him a lot. But, she’s also been hoping to get a new puppy soon. In addition to that, I felt like she deserved a special new stuffed animal after working hard at school recently. I knew this yellow lab puppy dog was the PERFECT new stuffed animal for her this Christmas.

You should have seen her reaction when she got it. She hugged it so tight and it’s been by her side each day (and night!). The special red bow makes it festive for Christmas and, well, who wouldn’t love to get a new puppy wrapped in a red bow?

She’s in love… 

In addition to LEGOs and stuffed animals, there are a couple of other toys that are a guaranteed hit for my kids. Kohl’s has a great selection of Hot Wheels toys including this Hot Wheels 30 Car Case. He’s sure to get more Hot Wheels cars from friends and family this year, so I figured a cool way to store and organize them all was a great for him (although now that I think about it… I probably should have purchased a few more cases because they’re such a great price!). I’ll keep that in mind when shopping for toys next Christmas:) Hot Wheels are fun to shop for and fun to collect!

As I mentioned, my daughter got the LEGO Friends Advent Calendar, but she’s not just a Lego fan, Anything that includes a Disney Princess is great for for her as well. With this fun LEGO Disney Princess Sleeping Beauty’s Fairytale Castle Set, she won’t miss out on the hours and hours of building fun this Christmas.
