Here at Smart School House we are gearing up for a whole new school year! Part of that includes daily practice of important skills. Today we are working on this months of the year worksheet with a little chocolate milk snack. School work is hard! I like to make it fun with a pure and nutritious snack. Plus, to help us all with the back-to-school expenses, I’m giving away a $100 Walmart gift card (back-to-school is expensive, right?!). Free months of the year worksheet. Shamrock Farms on-­the-­go mmmmilk is protein-packed and easy for kids to drink. It has an easy to use lid that can be used when we need it. I love that! I mean, we don’t cry over spilled milk, but it sure is sad when your yummy chocolate milk ends up on the floor! Today we practiced the months of the year with some cold 2% chocolate mmmmilk. Pop in a fun straw and it helps my kids enjoy doing school work that much more.

  1. I love September: It’s the close of the summer, getting closer to the fall season (air starts to smell wonderful), and getting close to the holidays, which are my favorite holidays of the year.

  3. My favorite month of the year is June because my son is out of school and we do spend a lot of time during the Summer having so much fun doing tons of activities!

  7. My favorite month of the year is September because the temperature is starting to cool down and I LOVE apple picking! I also love the changing colors of the trees!

  9. October is my favorite month. I happen to have a birthday in October, but that’s not the reason I like it. I love the weather, pumpkin picking, and Halloween.

  11. My favorite month of the year is july.. usually because of all the concerts.

  12. April is my favorite month because winter is winding down and spring and summer are about here.

  13. July is my favorite, because the weather is perfect for me and it is the month of my wedding anniversary.

  14. I love October but that is because I love Halloween and I like the late fall just right before it gets too cold to enjoy.

  15. I love late September to mid-October, cool air with a warm touch from sunshine. Perfect weather to enjoy picnic fun in the park.

  20. I love the month of May because it is my birthday and it’s also when the weather finally starts getting night again in the Midwest!

  21. My favorite month is May, the month of my birthday which happens to land on National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day. The weather is right, we plant our garden and the kids are getting done with school. We also spend a lot of time a Cedar Point Amusement Park in May.

  34. My favorite month is October! We have four birthdays that month and fall is on its way.

  36. April is my favorite. Great temps and usually some spring storms. Plus the beginning of baseball season.

  45. November because we love Thanksgiving, getting together with family and the cooler weather.

  46. I love December because the kids are so excited and I love the smell of all the baking I am doing as well as all the decorating!
