Supplies:

  1. Mini Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups (I got a variety pack)
  2. Pipe Cleaners
  3. Scissors
  4. Hot glue
Supplies

Directions:

Cut each pipe cleaner into four equal pieces. This is very easily done by folding the pipe cleaner in half and then cutting it. Repeat that same process with the two smaller pieces. This gives you four very similar sizes pipe cleaner pieces.

Next, line the four pipe cleaner pieces up next to each other. In the center, twist the pipe cleaners twice. This connects the four pieces in the center perfectly creating 8 little spider legs.

Finally, place a small amount of hot glue on the center of the legs, as pictured. Don’t worry, this glue won’t ruin the chocolate inside the wrapper! Plus, it still makes the candies easy to access.

Hot glue

Once the glue has dried (usually in 1-2 minutes), bend the spider legs so that the spiders look like they are standing up. This is where each spider really gains some character! You can make them look like they’re walking or just standing.

Place the Peanut Butter Cup Spiders in a bowl, or line them up to look like they are marching together like little ants. One additional thing you could do is add googly eyes to your spiders. That would be so cute! They are also cute as part of a goodie bag.
