These homemade tortilla chips are very flexible and can be made plain, with or without salt, and with the tortillas of your choice. To make the trees green, pick up these spinach herb tortillas at the grocery store (they are easy to find!). You will also need Christmas tree cookie cutters. I like to use both small and medium cookie cutters together.

These particular tortillas are very soft and extremely easy to use with cookie cutters. Along with a buttery spray and salt on top, the taste combination is delicious! The longer you bake them, the crispier they get.

Supplies
- Spinach herb tortillas
- Butter flavored non-stick-spray
- Salt
- Christmas tree cookie cutter(s)
- Parchment paper
- Baking sheet

Did you notice that I mentioned that these tortilla chips are baked? YES! Since they aren’t fried, they won’t need the extra oil that other chips require. However, you can also fry these chips if desired! However, I find that the butter-flavored non-stick spray adds just the right amount of extra flavor to the herb tortillas.
Instructions:

Bake the tortilla chips for 7-10 minutes. The baking time will vary based on the size of the cookie cutters you use. Once the tortillas get bubbly and slightly brown, they are ready!

If you plan to arrange the Christmas tree tortilla chips in the shape of a larger tree, consider adding pretzels to the base of the tree as well as a bow or star on top! Oh, and if you like my Christmas tree cheese board, you can find one here!
