- No baking required
- Uses simple pantry ingredients
- Perfect for gifting or party tables
- Kid-friendly and fun to make
- Looks impressive but is easy to shape
Whether you’re making it for Valentine’s Day, Christmas, or just because, this oversized Hershey’s Kiss is a nostalgic treat that doubles as a centerpiece.
Supplies:
- Funnel (plastic works best)
- Non-stick spray
- Foil, cut into a large square
Step 1: Prepare the Funnel
Lightly coat the inside of your funnel with non-stick spray. This helps the Rice Krispies mixture release easily later.
Step 2: Melt the Marshmallows
In a large pot over low heat, melt the butter. Add the marshmallows and stir continuously until completely melted and smooth.
Step 3: Add the Cereal
Remove from heat and gently fold in the Rice Krispies cereal until evenly coated. Work quickly but carefully—the mixture will firm up as it cools.
Step 4: Shape the Kiss
Line the inside of the funnel with the foil square, pressing it smoothly against the sides. Spoon the Rice Krispies mixture into the funnel, packing it gently to remove air pockets.
Step 5: Let It Set
Allow the mixture to cool and set for about 15-20 minutes. Once firm, carefully lift the foil and slide the giant kiss out of the funnel.
Step 6: Add the Finishing Touch
Wrap the bottom with foil if desired and attach the printable “Kisses” tag to the top for the classic Hershey’s Kiss look.

- Spray your hands with non-stick spray before pressing the mixture to prevent sticking
- Don’t overpack the cereal, press gently to keep it chewy, not dense
- If the mixture cools too fast, warm it slightly to reshape
- Use fresh marshmallows for the softest texture
- Chill briefly if needed, but don’t refrigerate too long or it may harden
