- Fill only 3/4 full to allow for expansion.
- Place the ice pops in the freezer for at least 4–6 hours or overnight. Each bag holds 3–4 oz
Notes
- Vanilla extract
- Coconut milk
- Fruit juice
- Use frozen fruit when possible to save prep time and boost the “frozen” factor.
- Use fresh, ripe fruit for the best flavor and natural sweetness.
- Yogurt-based popsicles will be creamier, while coconut water-based ones are ultra-hydrating.
- The Kiwi Coconut pops may have visible seeds and a slight tongue-tingling sensation from the kiwi—some kids might not love the texture or feel. Try blending it extra smooth or straining the mixture if needed, additionally just swap the kiwi for another fruit they love!
