Bruschetta and Mozzarella Chips

You Will Need
- 2 cans of petite diced tomatoes in garlic and olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon of dried basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup sliced green onion
- Pinch of salt
- Shredded mozzarella
- Round tortilla chips
Other supplies needed:
- Mixing bowl
- Baking sheet
- Parchment paper
Directions
- Combine the diced tomatoes, garlic powder, basil leaves, red wine vinegar, green onion, and salt in a mixing bowl
- Marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour
For the chips:
- Preheat the oven to 400°
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top of each chip
- Bake for 10 minutes
- Serve the warm chips with tomato cold bruschetta immediately
