Ingredients:
- Wheat flour
- Unsweetened applesauce
- Water
- Gelatine (unflavored)
- Pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)

Directions:
Make the crust: Combine the wheat flour, apple sauce, and water in a mixing bowl. The dough will be a little sticky.

Shape and bake: Press the dough into mini pie tins. If you don’t have pie tins, use the tins from mini graham cracker crusts. Just save the graham cracker crumbles for your other holiday baking (think: cakes, cookies, toffee, and more!).

Tip
If the dough gets too sticky while pressing it into the pie dishes, wash and dry your hands and start again. The dough responds very well to clean, dry fingertips!

Bake the pie crusts for 13-14 minutes. If you are using other pie pans, the baking time might vary depending on the size of the dish. Remove them from the oven and allow them to cool.

Make the filling: In a saucepan, combine boiling water with the packet of gelatin. Stir in the pumpkin puree and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.

Assemble the pies: Spoon the pumpkin filling into the cooled crusts.
Refrigerate for 2 hours or until the filling sets.

Optional: Add a dollop of whipped cream on top.
Enjoy! Slice the pie into adorable little pieces and let your dog enjoy!
