You’re going to love this post and I’m so excited to share it with you! It is no secret that I adore DIY body scrubs. I’ve shared sugar scrubs, lip scrubs, and today I’m sharing my favorite Listerine foot scrub recipe! This scrub costs just over $2 to make, and it happens to also be a beautiful DIY gift idea. Plus, I have some free printable labels for you to use! Whether the sun is setting and you’re ready for a little R&R, or it is your day off and you’re ready to try something new, this foot scrub is perfect for you…
Listerine Foot Scrub
The Listerine will kill germs, leave a fresh scent on your skin, and leave your toes feeling tingly clean. Trust me, it’s addicting. It’s so easy, and might I add, very pretty too?!?!
Listerine Foot Scrub is for Those Who:
A – have tired toes (don’t we all at the end of a long day?)
B – Have dry feet (I’m not the only one, right?)
C – Love a little DIY pampering
Tired Toes Foot Scrub has just 2 simple ingredients:
- Epsom salt – I buy mine from the dollar store
- Cool Mint Listerine
Epsom salt is a well known ingredient in the DIY beauty world. It reduces stress, relaxes the body, and helps you gain energy (perfect for your tired toes!). Plus, epsom salt will exfoliate dead skin AND helps remove foot odor. Not that your feet stink! Mine don’t either! Hehehe! No matter what, your feet will feel softer than ever:)
Since the epsom salt is pretty heavy, it will sit towards the bottom of the container (as seen above). However, it will not dissolve all of the epson salt! What does this mean? Well, when you’re ready to use it again, simply stir the jar for a couple of seconds or even give the jar a shake with the lid on.
If you want to give this as a gift, or if you want to decorate the jar for your bathroom like I did, click the photo below to print out your own Tired Toes Foot Scrub labels.
Enjoy this pretty little scrub! You’re going to love it, I promise:)
