Christmas Decorating Hacks
Christmas is the season when people spend lots of time and money decorating their homes. Why? Because we all LOVE the holidays! If you are looking for some super smart, inexpensive, and EASY ways to decorate your home this year, then you will love these 8 Christmas Decorating Hacks. I’ll show you where to get some of the supplies and there are simple tutorials included. Christmas decorating has never been so simple!
1. Decorate Cupboards and Cabinets with Christmas Ribbon
Tape red polka dot ribbon onto your kitchen cupboards and hot glue glittery red bows on top! Simple, really pretty, and you can reuse the supplies year after year for Christmas! Source Unknown.
2. Make Lollipops out of Paper Plates
DIY dollar store lollipops for Christmas decor! Use paper plates (glued/stapled together) Christmas colored markers or paint, and cellophane. Stake them into the ground with a stick and tie off with ribbon. Click the picture for full details!
3. Snowman Tea Light

So cute! I love the snowball centerpiece too. Use white plates, chocolate covered raisins, baby carrots, red and black napkins, plus a fork, spoon, knife.

This is a DIY Christmas decoration that you can use year after year!
12. Clay Pot Christmas Trees
Paint terra cotta pots and glue them together (or stack them) in order from biggest to smallest. I love the polka dots for the ornaments.
13. K-cup snowman hat ornaments
This is so cute! It looks like they used the lid of a can of some sort, but according to these directions it looks like cardboard or thick paper would work too. So adorable and a great craft for kids. Start saving those K-cups now! (source unknown).
14. DIY Teddy Bear Ornament
Use an ornament and various sized pom poms from the craft store. Tacky glue or hot glue will do the trick! Add a little bow and a cute face. This is a great gift idea for kids to make too. Source unknown.
15. Wine Glass Snow Globes
Head to the dollar store and pick up a collection of wine glasses, a bag of fake snow, and a few holiday figurines. All of these items can also be found at any craft store. If you’ve got a child who wants to make one, use a plastic bottle with plastic ornaments. The finished decorations look adorable on your holiday table or mantel topped with dollar-store candles.
