Christmas Tree Brownies
Cut up brownies to create a fun holiday treat. In just a few added steps, you can share these sweet Christmas tree brownies with everyone you love. Kids can even help make these extra special! They’ll have fun decorating their own Christmas brownie with a pretzel trunk and ornaments made of sprinkles. These Christmas tree brownies are an easy and adorable treat that’s the perfect addition to any holiday gathering.
The holidays are almost here, and I’m celebrating with these fun and festive Christmas tree brownies! You could use homemade brownies or brownies from a box. The green tinted frosting is melted then drizzled on top of the brownies. Start by lining your dish with parchment paper. When the brownies are done cooling, the parchment paper will allow you to lift the brownies out of the dish and provides a surface for cutting.
You will need to cut off the side edges. Then, cut triangles as seen below. One cut through the middle allows you to make two rows of brownie Christmas trees. Be sure that the brownies are completely cool before cutting. Using a plastic knife cutting in a back and forth motion makes this job so easy! You can always shape them after they are cut, so don’t worry if they aren’t perfect at first. You can make them perfect!
Dip your fingers into powdered sugar and rub them together over the brownies. It looks like snow! I do one dusting of “snow” before the green frosting, and one dusting after the green frosting goes on. It give a nice layered look to these beautiful brownie Christmas trees.

Next, use green food coloring to tint white frosting. After that, place the plastic tub of frosting in the microwave (be sure to remove all of the metal seal). Then, drizzle the melted green frosting over the trees. The melted frosting saturates the brownies making them even MORE delicious!
Before the melted frosting dries, add a candy star to the top of the tree and sprinkle it with candy ornaments. Whether you need cookies for a Christmas platter or goodies for Santa, these Christmas Tree Brownies are a fun and festive holiday treat!
I like the multicolored rainbow sprinkles to represent holiday lights, but you can really use whatever sprinkles you prefer, get creative here! Finally, push a pretzel stick into the brownies to make a little trunk!
