It is handy and convenient, and it will turn the regular kielbasa into a real treat. To make them, cut the kielbasa into bite-size pieces. In a mixing bowl, coat the kielbasa in a mixture made of brown sugar, yellow mustard, and minced garlic.
Slow Cooker Sweet Kielbasa Recipe

Crock-Pot Sweet Kielbasa
- Crock pot
- Mixing bowl
- Mixing Spoon
- 2 pounds Kielbasa (you can use polska kielbasa, beef kielbasa, or even turkey kielbasa- your choice!)
- 1 cup apple sauce
- ¾ cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- Cut kielbasa meat into bite-sized pieces
- In a mixing bowl, combine the kielbasa, brown sugar, mustard, and minced garlic
- Place the mixture into a crock-pot
- Cover with apple sauce
- Set the slow cooker to low
- Stir the mixture occasionally
- After 3 hours, reduce the heat to warm
- Warm and serve the Crock-Pot Sweet Kielbasa on warm for up to 3-4 hours with toothpicks!
