Ooey gooey chocolate and melted marshmallows in between two sweet and fluffy Belgian waffles. Does it get any better? And as I’ve started making waffles more and more for my kids, I realized that there are, in fact, zero good reasons why a waffle shouldn’t also hold a layer of chocolate and melty marshmallows. I’ve never been one to shy away from overkill when it comes to excessively delicious brunch foods.
